Learn
how InDorse Certify™, InDorse Discover™, InDorse Tag™, and
InDorse Protect™ can help you address data integrity and leakage by leveraging
the native security elements contained in most documents in
order to discover, organize, classify and tag all sensitive
information upon leaving the server.
InDorse Certify™
InDorse
Technologies introduces an innovation in
document authentication and certification. InDorse Certify is a
breakthrough in establishing roles and policies that will drive
how a document is created, circulated and approved through any
typical workflow with impenetrable security.
InDorse Discover™
InDorse Discover is a powerful tool designed for
customer-defined parameters to quickly find all information
(files, records, published materials) with particular content or
related to specific projects – financial, engineering, HR,
customer service, and more. After a simple, one-time
installation, InDorse Discover ensures that all files are always
up-to-date and automatically sorted or “clustered” according to
file content, metadata, and/or file usage history.
InDorse Discover also enables you to see the location of all
sensitive files, even when the same file has been saved under a
different name. It “reports” by providing categories of relevant
files that may be deemed at risk based on parameters used to
search all file servers, desktops, and even laptop hard drives.
InDorse Tag™
InDorse Tag helps you see and confirm the life history of every
discovered and inventoried file for accurate accountability.
Each file or folder is fused with the equivalent of a 2D barcode
that travels with the document and delivers the security rules,
policies, authentication procedures and restrictions wherever it
goes – with the option even in printed paper format. This
“Follow-Me-Security™” capability also provides encryption
instructions to work with the most popular Digital Rights
Management (DRM) applications. In this way, a “chain-of-custody”
trail is established to track and audit what was done with a
document, which includes a time stamp and the identity of each
user who touched the document.
InDorse Protect™
Catch data thieves – both malicious and innocent – before it’s
too late. InDorse Protect uses the restriction rules embedded in
the InDorse Tag to prohibit any unauthorized viewing, editing,
sharing, saving or printing of valuable information assets.
Should these valuable assets get into the hands of unauthorized
users, the InDorse Call-Home™ capability enables a proactive
alert that sends information on the unauthorized attempt to the
enterprise security manager and logs this information into an
actionable incident report.
InDorse SPIDR™
Microsoft SharePoint is one of the best ways for a company to
get a needed application up and running quickly and efficiently
– especially for collaboration. However, as SharePoint scales
up, there are limitations inherent regarding its capability to
implement risk management as well as identify the type of files,
where they exist, who in the organization has been accessing the
files and exactly when the files have been viewed and
downloaded.
InDorse SPIDR improves Microsoft SharePoint in the following
ways:
Adds a digital tag to track all file activity on the Microsoft
SharePoint server(s).
Uses the digital tag to create specific rules for determining
who can access and manipulate files on the Microsoft SharePoint
server(s).
InDorse allows the organization to manage the files through
contextually-based groups, or classifications, as opposed to
less efficient methods such as file-by-file basis or creating
specific sub-sites in Microsoft SharePoint servers.
Extends the Microsoft SharePoint Workflow Engine as the
workhorse for easily programming assurance into business
processes which run document usage.
