INDORSE Output

Indorse Output is an application used on the Web or in a standalone system to provide a way to secure the printed copy of documents from fraud and to assure information integrity.

The Problem:
When a document is printed there is no way to know who printed it when it was printed what was printed and what is the history of this document. Forgoer can alter the hard copy document replace or remove critical words causing a fraud to the document information.

Recipients of these documents currently cannot know who printed this document, when it was printed who created this document what alteration happened to this document before it got printed. This hide critical information that might be required about this printed document.

The Solution:
Indorse Output took the Authorization, Chain of Custody, Audit Tracks and Authentication information of the documents compresses, encrypts them with an asymmetric key, code them in 2D barcodes and place them on the document. These barcodes can be read by Indorse Output verification Software to verify the authenticity, authorization, audit track and the chain of custody of these documents. In another word Indorse Output Solution provided a way to certify these documents.

The Benefits:
Prevent hackers from doing fraud on document information of printed document by providing a way to verify the content.
Provided the reader of these documents of information on:

• Authorization (who created, printed, approved etc)

• Chain of Custody (who accessed , Modified, Uploaded, downloaded etc)

• Audit Tracks (what was changed and when to the document etc)

• Authentication ( Content, Authorizer etc)

Multiple copies of the original document can be obtained, since the copies of the barcodes provided all of the Certification information required.
