House of Development for Information Technology (HOD) founded in 1994 to provide E-Business Solution to private and public sector clients in Saudi Arabia. HOD partnered with Oracle for the implementations of Oracle E-Business suite.
 
Using the technology invented by the CEO in 2003 HOD signed a contract with Saudi Council of Chambers in Riyadh to build and operate the electronic attestation service for the chambers of commerce & industry members.

HOD was able to commercialize the technologies into several products in the field of user authentication and document certification for Government, Education, Health and financial sectors awaiting the digital certificate service to be launched in Saudi Arabia.
