aka Follow-Me-Security Identity-Based-Encryption
In the event that there are no Digital Rights Management (DRM)
systems deployed or the policy is to deliver all documents using
encryption, InDorse enables the organization to develop,
enforce, and report against policies which require certain
documents to be delivered from the official, managed repository
in a form encrypted to the requesting user’s credentials, e.g.,
password, one-time-password (OTP), ID card, or biometrics.
Follow-Me-Encryption (FME) acts in the same way of encrypting a
hard drive but on a document level. Moreover, the authorized
user can access this document from any computer, if allowed by
policies, while ensuring the content remains secure and out of
unauthorized hands. FME can also be extended with the other
features that include Call-Home, again, based upon LockBox
policy statements for each document.
